Victoria's Senior Session

Victoria wanted a twilight themed senior shoot. I knew the gorge would be a perfect backdrop. While we did find a beautiful location it didn't look as twilight-y as it does in late winter early spring. Since this is my niece and my sister in law was tagging along helping with the shoot we spent the whole day shooting, with a few detours along the way. We had a lot of fun. I've only edited a few. More to come later.

Kenzie & Nolan's Wedding : Portland, OR Wedding Photographer

I got to shoot my first wedding on Sunday July 24th. They were married at the Queen Anne Victorian Mansion which was stunning especially on the beautiful July day we had. I had so much fun with these two they are a beautiful couple and she was a gorgeous Bride.















I'll be adding more after I finish editing. Excuse the weird watermark. I'm editing on my new computer and haven't transferred everything over yet so I'm improvising with the watermark.

Cadance - 1 year

I took some photos of this pretty little girl who happens to be my niece. Her brother got in on some of the action. He pulled her back in the chair though so our photo shoot was cut short since she wasn't really feeling it after that. Still got some great shots.

Cake Smash Storyboard

I finished editing Chloe's cake smash set, here is her final storyboard. She is such a doll!

After Chloe's portraits we went inside for a formal cake smash, she was so dainty and clean about the whole thing. Mom had to help her really get messy :)







I haven't really started editing this set just picked a few. I'll update with the final story board when I get it done.

Chloe's 1 year portraits

I took Chloe's 1 year portraits last Saturday. We lucked out and had beautiful weather. I'm still working on editing these. I just got lightroom so hopefully that will speed up my editing process. It doesn't help that as soon as I'm getting fast at editing I decide to change how I edit. I guess that's what happens as you grow and evolve as a photographer.

Birthday & Modeling Session!

This last weekend was really busy for me.

On Saturday I attended and photographed my friends Daughter, Chloe's first birthday party. It was a lot of fun and the location was perfect for kids. It had a playroom attached that was filled with mats, balls, play structures. My son had a lot of fun and I enjoyed capturing the day. Now I just have to edit the zillions of photos I got.

Isn't she a doll? She's coming over this weekend to get 1 year portraits and have a staged cake smash :)

Then on Sunday morning I met Tiffany and her beautiful little girl,Hannah, who was doing some boutique modeling work. It was freezing cold and she was in flip flops but she was a trooper and we made it through the shoot with some awesome photos.
